By leveraging and accelerating existing reform efforts and creating a center of gravity for innovation, we are confident that we will be able to help more students find their way and stay on track through college. We will create a clear road to both associate's degree attainment and improved transfer, break down siloes within colleges to enable stronger support and engagement, and create the infrastructure for coherency between the segments in much of the state.
